We are making great progress with our maths passports. More of us achieved certificates this week and have moved on to the next group of targets. Mrs Bestford is really pleased.
On Thursday in Forest School we used a drill to make holes in our tree cookies. we had the mallets out and we were knocking stakes into the ground and we had GREAT fun rolling down the bank!! It was fantastic according to some of the Owls!
In our PE lessons we are making different shapes – we call them fried eggs, baked beans and chips. Can you see which shape we are making?
Some of us have started our sewing. We are making Robins to hang on the Christmas Tree.
This afternoon we made sparklers using chocolate fingers, sprinkles and hot water!
This morning we made Catherine Wheels. We used a rolling pin to flatten out a piece of bread. Then we spread butter and jam on it. After we rolled it up and cut it into pieces to make the Catherine Wheels. We are going to take them home to share. They look yummy…
Today at Forest School we made tree cookies. We had to saw through some wood to cut the cookie from the branch. We had to work as a team with Mrs Stroud.
